ScalpDecode provides visual pattern analysis for informational purposes only. It is not a medical diagnosis and does not replace consultation with a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider. If you have medical concerns about your scalp or hair, consult a doctor.
2. Service Description
ScalpDecode uses automated image analysis to evaluate scalp images and generate visual profiles. Results are based on pattern recognition and may vary between scans. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or accuracy of generated observations.
3. Payment & Refunds
Premium reports are charged at $19.99 per scan. All sales are final. If a technical error prevents your report from being generated, you may request a refund within 7 days of the failed transaction by contacting support@scalpdecode.com. Please include your email address and the date of the transaction. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Refunds are not available for reports that have been successfully generated and delivered.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and use the service for personal scalp health tracking only. You may not use ScalpDecode for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others.
5. Limitation of Liability
ScalpDecode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on generated observations.
