• Scalp images — Photos you take during the scanning process, processed by AI for analysis.
• Questionnaire responses — Your answers about hair care habits, concerns, and lifestyle.
• Email address and name — Provided when you create a profile to save your reports.
• Payment information — Processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Generate personalized scalp health assessments using AI analysis.
• Save your scan history so you can track changes over time.
• Improve our AI models and service quality.
• Send you reports and relevant updates (only if you opt in).

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your scan data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.

4. AI Processing

Your scalp images are processed by OpenAI's GPT-4o and GPT-4o-mini models for analysis. Images are sent to OpenAI solely for the purpose of generating your report. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models per their API data usage policy.

• Access your data at any time through your profile.
• Request deletion of your data by contacting support.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
